1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• All appointments are booked via our online system or phone.
• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service times to accommodate subsequent guests.

2. Services & Results

• We specialize in Head Spa, Korean skincare, and complete beauty services.
• While we use science-backed natural treatments to deliver visible results, individual outcomes may vary.
• Our treatments are non-invasive.

3. Rewards & Loyalty Program

• The ClientEngageNow Rewards program is subject to change at our discretion.
• Stamps and rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Use of Modern Facilities

• Guests are expected to treat our newly built, modern spa environment with respect.
• We provide plenty of free parking; however, Young & Beautiful Niagara is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles parked on-site.
